200 hour Yoga Teacher Training 

Educate and prepare yourself to start teaching or deepen your own practice to all new levels. The Urban Ōm Power Yoga 200 hour teacher training program will challenge you to grow in every way. We provide you a straightforward, practical approach to teaching power yoga, and how it translates on and off the mat. Through our kinesthetic aproach to practice teaching of asana, and thorough study of techniques, methodology, anatomy & physiology, philosophy, and the psychology of yoga, you will emerge transformed and confident in teaching.

There is much introspection and self-growth that happens through this process. Through the group forum, we learn from each other in providing feedback and learn how to find your own voice to teach from a place of authenticity. We make you the promise to keep the space safe, positive, and free of judgment and ego throughout your learning process. This is a journey that requires commitment and time. If dedicated, you will finish transformed with a solid skill set, strong sense of self, and the support of community.

Calling all yogis, all levels! Come learn the foundations, and skills to include arm balance and advancements to those postures into your practice. If you already have several advancements - learn more, or build the into courage and understanding of alignment if you’re just playing with starting these for the first time. We’ll play into arm balances like crow and pincha, headstands like funky, classical and tripod, handstand varieties and much more.
